Update to our pairing logic: Better results for certain wines

We have updated the logic in our wine pairing engine to deliver better results for several key appelations and varietals. Certain wines we felt were being somewhat over-represented in our results, while others were not represented as often as they might be. So expect to see slightly different frequencies of Right Bank Bordeaux, Northern Rhone, Sémillon, Dolcetto and Alsace wines.

Our commitment to continually improving our engine continues. Our next round of updates will further refine the way we pair some Italian varietals like Arneis, Amarone, Verdicchio and Soave.
