Update to our pairing logic: Better results for Friulano and Soave

We have updated the logic in our wine pairing engine to deliver better results for Friulano and Soave. Certain wines we felt were being somewhat over-represented in our results, while others were not represented as often as they might be. So expect to see slightly different frequencies of Friulano and Soave.  In the works are several new wines including: Lagrein, Barolo/Barbaresco, Santorini, Txkolina Txkoli, and Dry Fizzy Reds!
