Update to our pairing logic: Better results for Beaujolais, Gamay, Agiorgitiko, Xynomavro and Tannat

We have updated the logic in our wine pairing engine to deliver better results for Beaujolais, Gamay, and Agiorgitiko, Xynomavro and Tannat. Certain wines we felt were being somewhat over-represented in our results, while others were not represented as often as they might be. So expect to see slightly different frequencies of Beaujolais, Gamay, and Agiorgitiko, Xynomavro and Tannat.  In the works are several new wines including: Lagrein, Barolo/Barbaresco, Santorini, Txkolina Txkoli, Dry Fizzy Reds, Taurasi, Aglianico, and Sparkling Sweet Wines!
